Position Summary

The Lead Mechanic (Power Generation) is responsible for performing and overseeing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on power generation equipment. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with leadership duties, including mentoring and training junior technicians. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and leads by example to support a safe, efficient, and high-performing maintenance team.

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on power generation equipment, including diesel and gas generators, engines, and related systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine issues; recommend and implement appropriate corrective actions.

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and optimization of power generators and associated mechanical systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient operation of equipment. The engineer will also contribute to troubleshooting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems with emphasis on power generators and rotating equipment.
● Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical systems.

Field Technician - Learn More
Summary

Under supervision, this role is responsible for operating natural gas pressure reduction systems and other equipment. Tasks include operating high-pressure equipment, quality testing, proper documentation, and maintaining awareness of environmental and health safety.

Candidates will be required to take basic training for onshore safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain various field equipment/ systems such as pressure reduction systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper flows, temperatures, and pressure levels.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading of trailers.
  • Organize products and maintain the cleanliness on customer site.

Summary

Comanche Gas Solutions is seeking a licensed Master Electrician to lead electrical installations and support infrastructure development, including work with natural gas generators and microgrid systems. This role is responsible for safely receiving, staging, and loading high-value equipment using forklifts and specialized lifting equipment. Technicians will work in a fast-paced logistics environment supporting hyperscale construction and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in material handling, equipment staging, forklift operation, and logistics yard operations, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail when handling sensitive or high-value equipment.

Position Summary

The CDL Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and  personnel to and from various oilfield locations. 

Job Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, tankers, and  specialized oilfield equipment, to transport materials, tools, and personnel to designated  oilfield sites. 
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning,  cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. 
  • Secure loads using approved methods, such as strapping, chaining, or tarping, to prevent shifting or damage during transit. 
  • Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating  vehicles on public roads and within oilfield premises. 
  • Monitor vehicle performance, report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the  appropriate personnel, and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure,  fluid levels, and lights.
